Happy 2nd Birthday, Zephrine!

Dear Zephrine, 

Today, we woke up early for your birthday photo shoot. It's been a rainy week. We were lucky that the sun was up today. Tito Archie, one of our co-workers was our photographer for this occasion. Nanay was here with us. She loves you so much. You love to call "Nanay" whenever you need to drink water and to open the door for you. You are such a very smart but shy type, little girl. 

We went home right after this session. We ate our breakfast, get ready for church and took a nap for a little bit. Church was fun today! I was your teacher. We played, sang, learned about families, explored outside, and ate together with Enoch and Yesha. You also learned the song "Ring -a ring a Rosie" today. Then we went home and waited for Daddy to finish his Sunday Meetings. 

When he arrived home, we went to your birthday dinner with Nanay Sofi. You ate a lot of the soupy doupy "Mami" while we enjoyed our Pansit. We also had a little cake for you.

You are such a sweet baby who loves to sing. You call me "mommy" at least 10 times a day. Your favorite foods are anything soupy like sinigang, tinola, and nilaga. You also love grapes, yogurt, sky flakes, chocolates, ice cream and orange juice.

You love animals so I got you a little fish and a yellow chick. You love to watch youtube kids but you are not allowed to do so when Mommy's at home and during the weekends. You love your nursery class now. You know the common places we usually go to like the church, our house, the office, the temple, and SM!!! Your favorite toy is the little fire truck you hold till you fall asleep and when you wake up in the morning, it's the first thing you'll look for. You'd say, "Truck, where are you?" You also love balls! You call all kinds of a ball as "baseball".  

You know a lot of words now and you imitate us most of the time. 

My wish for you this year is to continue to grow smart, healthy and nice. We didn't throw a big party for you instead we added additional funds to your savings. I love you so much, my dear daughter.
